We want value for money but, as time is money, an efficient contractor experienced in the type of work the contract demands will, in the end, save money. The cheapest quote may, in fact, turn out not to be such good value!

Supervision

One manager needs to be responsible for the project - decision making; overseeing; problem solving and successful building and completion.

Delegation to responsible contractors will be an important part of a successful project. The relationship and communication between the different parties and the client and end user is essential for a quality development.
